In support of One Fund Boston, the Bruins and Penguins are raffling off the game-worn jerseys, of Jaromir Jagr & Evgeni Malkin, from their game this afternoon. The jerseys are adorned with a “Boston Strong” patch and “617” patch respectively.
The One Fund Boston, was setup to help the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred in Boston on April 15, 2013. The fund was set up by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Tom Menino.
